Andriyan Grigoryevich Nikolayev (Chuvash and Russian:(Born 5 September 1929 – Died 3 July 2004) was a Soviet cosmonaut. He was an ethnic Chuvash. Vitaly Ivanovich Sevastyanov ( Born 8 July 1935 – Died 5 April 2010) was a Soviet cosmonaut and an engineer who flew on the Soyuz 9 and Soyuz 18 missions. The two Russian Cosmonauts set the endurance record in their 18 day orbital flight in Soyuz 9.
