The National League scored two runs in the bottom of the tenth inning to win 5–4. A baseball signed by twenty-four all stars. The ball is badly faded, several signatures are clearly discernible: Roger Maris, Nelson Fox, Elston Howard, Whitey Ford, Johnny Temple, Yogi Berra and Harmon Killebrew. Other signers whose signatures are light and barely legible are: Tony Kubek, Ken McBride, Bob Shaw, Jim Gentile, manager Paul Richards, Bob Sheffing, Billy Pierce, Mike McCormick, Dick Groat, Dick Howser, Vic Power, Al Kaline, Jim Bunning, Frank Lary, Rocky Colavito, Jackie Brandt and Mickey Mantle. The darkest and clearest of the signatures is that of Roger Maris.
