Jan Stenerud ( born November 26, 1942) is a Norwegian-born former American football player for the AFL/NFL Kansas City Chiefs (1967–1979), Green Bay Packers (1980–1983), and Minnesota Vikings (1984–1985). He is the first pure placekicker to be inducted in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Stenerud is distinguished as being the first Norwegian to play in the NFL.
